📈📉 See The Best But Also The Worst in People

30-Day Writing Challenge: 3/30

When connecting with someone, apart from seeing the best of their best, try to also see the worst of their worst. You need to know their spectrum of behaviour and what you are getting into. This is necessary to overcome the initial positivity bias. We tend to get carried away by the apparent goodness, which is selectively and subconsciously projected by them.

This can be applied to any kind of connection, relationship, etc.

And the ‘worst’ or bad being referred to here is not necessarily objective evil, but the relative good-bad present in all of us.
